In October we're going for the sixth time and every time it feels like coming home. The beautiful landscape, the friendly people, the wealth of animals, all in 1 country. Driving yourself through this immensely large country is an adventure, not scary or nerve-wracking but simply...beautiful.
Unfortunately, the country is almost too big to visit in one go. People therefore tend to go more often; better to visit a part of South Africa properly than to race through the country like an Asian tourist. Whichever way you visit the country, with a hire car or an organised tour, the experience will always stay with you.
