How long does it take to activate my profile?
Your profile is manually reviewed and is usually live within 72 hours of sign-up. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the profile is active.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel month by month. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your profile remains active until the end of the paid period.
How exactly does the earn-back model work?
You earn points by actively participating: placing your Selected expert banner on your own website (once), publishing a blog or trip report, and receiving an approved review. How many points each is worth, and what a point converts to, is in the panel above. Points are converted in one go against your next invoice and never exceed the invoice itself. A point is redeemed once and does not carry over to a later invoice.
What if I have limited technical knowledge?
The platform is built for experts with varying levels of technical knowledge. Setting up your profile takes around 30 minutes on average. Our AI assistant helps you with the copy, and our team is available for questions.
How are my contact details shared with travellers?
Travellers send you a message via the platform. After the first contact, details are shared for direct communication. You always stay in control of who reaches out to you.
