About this destination

The Isle of Man lies in the Irish Sea between England and Ireland and governs itself as a Crown Dependency, with one of the oldest parliaments in the world. The whole island is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve: hills, wooded glens, cliffs and a rugged coastline. You will find castles, the great Laxey Wheel and a nineteenth-century steam railway. The TT motorcycle races are world famous. Ferries and flights run from England and Ireland.
