About this destination

The Netherlands is one of the countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The Netherlands lies for the greater part in the northwest of Europe, on the North Sea. Besides the European part, there are also the three special municipalities in the Caribbean Sea, also known as the Caribbean Netherlands. European Netherlands is bordered to the south by Belgium, along the eastern border by Germany, and on the west and north sides by the sea. The capital of the Netherlands is Amsterdam, the seat of government is The Hague.
