About this destination

The Marshall Islands (Marshallese: Aolepān Aorōkin M̧ajeļ, English: Republic of the Marshall Islands), officially the Republic of the Marshall Islands, are a group of islands and, since 1986, an independent state in the Pacific Ocean north of Nauru and Kiribati, east of Micronesia and south of the island of Wake. The islands are named after the British explorer-captain John Marshall, who set foot there in 1788. Source Wikipedia https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marshalleilanden
